  1. Handling of personal information

    This software does not collect any information via the Internet that can identify an individual user, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location information. Except for Windows Error Reporting (WER) described in the next section, it operates completely offline.

  2. Use of Windows Error Reporting (WER)

    This software uses Microsoft’s standard feature, “Windows Error Reporting (WER),” to improve quality and help resolve issues, such as identifying the cause of crashes. The collected data consists of crash logs and diagnostic information when the application terminates unexpectedly, and does not include personally identifiable information. This data is strictly managed in accordance with Microsoft’s privacy policy.

  3. Use of runFullTrust

    This software uses a desktop bridge from a desktop application, so runFullTrust authorization is required. Specifically, this privilege is used for the following items.

    • Obtaining the connection status of audio devices and changing their settings
    • Using the task tray
    • Register/unregister hotkeys
    • Registry settings
      • Obtaining information on themes set in the system
  4. Changes to the privacy policy

    This software may revise this privacy policy without prior notice in response to changes in laws or updates.
